About This Anchorage

Plage d'Argent (Silver Beach) is the closest anchorage to Porquerolles village on the SW coast — a beautiful sandy beach with pine trees that is popular for daytime swimming. The holding is good on sandy patches but Posidonia is widespread and the bay is more exposed to SW/W than Notre-Dame. Best used as a lunch stop or afternoon anchorage rather than overnight. Excellent access to the village for water, provisions, and restaurants.
