About This Anchorage

Macaroni Beach is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean — a perfect arc of brilliant white coral sand on Mustique's northeastern coast, with absolutely clear turquoise water, excellent snorkelling on the surrounding reef, and the dramatic backdrop of the island's forested volcanic hills. The beach is public and accessible to visiting sailors who have cleared customs and paid the landing fee at Britannia Bay. The anchorage is a day stop — the bay is more exposed than Britannia Bay. A small beach bar operates seasonally. The snorkelling off the reef at either end of the beach is exceptional — some of the clearest water in the Grenadines. This beach appears on every 'most beautiful Caribbean beaches' list — a visit is mandatory during any Mustique stop.
