About This Anchorage
Ustka is a small fishing harbour on the Słupia river — one of the more accessible Pomeranian coast ports for visiting yachts. The harbour provides complete shelter once inside the entrance piers, with a well-organised marina area for visiting vessels. Ustka was a fashionable resort in the German era (Stolpmünde) and retains some early 20th century architecture. The fish market and smoking facilities near the harbour are excellent. The town is smaller and less commercialised than Łeba or Kołobrzeg — a genuine working harbour atmosphere. The Słupia river valley offers pleasant cycling inland.
